LU Technical Studies Registration information

If you are a Virginia resident, we have access to Fast Funds and G3 money thru CVCC for the Fall 2025 semester. These funds could cover 2/3's to 100% of the classes depending on income.

If you are interested, here are the details:

1 - request a tax return transcript - directions are on the attached Appointment checklist for Enrollment and Financial Aid. There is also a copy of a tax return transcript for you to view and the information that you will need is highlighted.

2 - obtain the other items on the checklist.

3 - call Asena Brown with CVCC @ 434-832-7781 and make an appointment to register.

4 - when registering, be sure to choose the correct LU Technical Studies class located at Virginia Technical Institute (VTI) location.

5 - if you haven't already, please register on the LU website - Liberty University Non-Credit Technical Studies | Continuing Education | Liberty University You will not be registering twice. This is just to get you into our system.

6 - If you choose not to pursue financial aid, you will just need to register with LU non-credit Technical Studies at the above link.
